Upon successful move-in of a qualified tenant and an executed management agreement, Renters Warehouse will immediately send $1,000 to the referring broker.
Renters Warehouse will also pay $500 for any new clients that have existing tenants in place (in good standing) and need property management services only. Yes, we accept existing tenants for agents who like to do their own rental listings.
